Trump Brought House Down With Best SOTU Line in History

The State of the Union is partially about the president getting forth new policies and initiatives, but it addittionally has a lot related to reframing the debate over key issues.

Due to that, President Trump got an A+ Tuesday evening, at least on one issue – the Democrats’ continuous use of unlawful immigrants for partisan gain.

In particular, the use of DACA and “the Dreamers” for optics has been egregious on the Democrats’ part.

However, with just one line Tuesday night, President Trump managed to turn the whole debate around — and it could be one of the best State of the Union lines we’ve ever heard.

“My duty, and the sacred duty of every elected official in this chamber, is to defend Americans, to protect their safety, their families, their communities, and their right to the American dream,” Trump said.

And the house was duly brought down. Unless, of course, you were on the Democrat side.
